Need a video testimonial? Need it fast? You might want to skip this service: http://www.fastvideotestimonials.com/ . I ordered a single video testimonial on May 3, 2011. Paid via Paypal. It is now May 23 and NO video. Nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. They promised it within 7 days. So much for promises.
Contacted the vendor who does answer their email…when they get around to it. First told “No fair! We needed extra time to do others first, then yours.” So I waited patiently. Next contact wasn’t so happy. They told me that “We don’t just pull anyone off the street. We have to find the right actress.” Say what? You offer FAST service, but don’t have the talent in-line to actually do the job?
Still waiting… BTW, I’ve reported them as fraudulent because at this point I’m out the money (Paypal doesn’t back up digital orders), so live and learn!
